We offer 3 fixed slots: 09:30 AM – 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM. Full-day bookings combine both slots. Hourly bookings are not offered.
You can share the booking cost with other parties. The slot is provisionally held for 24 hours, and the booking is confirmed only when all parties complete their share.
No. We do not provide legal advice, appoint arbitrators, or manage cases. We only offer neutral hearing spaces and logistical add-on services.
Yes. These are available as add-ons. All documents are handled confidentially and deleted immediately after the service is completed.
Walk-ins may be accepted based on room availability. However, advance online booking is recommended to secure preferred slots.
Individuals, law firms, arbitrators, mediators, dispute parties, and institutions may book our spaces for ADR-related purposes.
Cancellations before 72 hours receive a 50% refund. Within 72 hours, the booking becomes non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability as per policy.
Yes. All rooms are sound-insulated, access-controlled, and designed specifically for confidential ADR proceedings.
Yes, staff is available for check-in, technical setup, and add-on support. They do not observe or participate in proceedings.
These services include logistical assistance such as case-tracking entry or session coordination. Operators do not interpret documents and are bound by strict confidentiality.
Yes. We assist with AV systems, displays, microphones, and hybrid connectivity. Support is limited to logistics and does not involve observing proceedings.
No. Materials submitted for add-ons are used only to complete the service and are deleted immediately afterward. Case-tracker data is stored only if voluntarily provided.
