Accordhub - Payment Policy

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments, billing, split payments, add-on charges, and refunds are handled for all bookings made through Accordhub. This Policy forms an integral part of Accordhub’s Terms of Use.
General Payment Terms
All room bookings and add-ons must be paid through the payment methods supported on the Accordhub platform. Payments are accepted in INR and are subject to applicable GST and statutory levies.
Room Booking Payments
Users may choose either:
- Full Payment: One party pays the entire booking amount.
- Split Payment: Each party pays their respective share individually.
Room charges must be paid at the time of booking or within the applicable split-payment window.
Split Payment Rules
3.1 Provisional Reservation
A booking made through split payment is provisionally reserved for 24 hours from the time the first party completes payment.
3.2 Confirmation Requirement
A booking will be confirmed only if all participating parties complete their respective payments within the 24-hour window.
3.3 Failure to Complete Split Payments
If one or more parties do not complete payment:
- The provisional booking will be cancelled.
- The reserved slot will be released to the public.
- Any amounts already paid will be refunded within 7 days.
Add-On Services – Payment Rules
Add-ons include printing, transcription, refreshments, stationery etc., and other optional services offered by Accordhub.
4.1 Billing Structure
- Add-ons are billed separately and are not part of room charges.
- Add-ons may be pre-booked or requested during the live hearing.
- All add-ons are subject to availability.
4.2 On-Site Add-On Payments
For add-ons ordered during the hearing:
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the hearing time slot ends.
- A payment link or invoice will be issued immediately after the hearing.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of future bookings until dues are cleared.
4.3 Split Payment for Add-Ons
If the room booking was made with split payment, add-on charges will also be automatically split among the same parties, based on the same proportions.
4.4 Non-Refundability of Add-Ons
Add-ons are non-refundable once delivered or utilized unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment receipts and Records
- Users will receive a digital payment receipt for room bookings and add-ons.
- Each party in a split-payment booking will receive payment receipt reflecting their respective share.
- Users are responsible for retaining receipts for their accounting and compliance needs.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Accordhub does not store or access users’ full payment information.
Delayed or Failed Payments
Accordhub may:
- Notify users of pending payments,
- Restrict access to future bookings, or
- Deny add-ons or additional services
in case of repeated delayed or failed payments.
Chargebacks and Disputes
In the event of a chargeback request:
- The booking may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
- Users must cooperate with Accordhub and payment partners to resolve payment disputes.
Amendments
Accordhub may update this Payment Policy at any time. The revised version will carry an updated “Last Updated” date.
