This Neutrality & Non‑Interference Policy (“Policy”) defines Accordhub’s commitment to maintaining strict neutrality and outlines the responsibilities of all users to ensure that hearings and dispute‑resolution activities remain unbiased, independent, and free from influence. This Policy forms an integral part of Accordhub’s Terms of Use.

Purpose of the Policy

Accordhub provides neutral, professionally maintained spaces for arbitration, mediation, and other ADR proceedings. To ensure a safe, confidential, and efficient experience for all users, the following rules must be adhered to at all times.

Accordhub’s Neutral Role

  • Accordhub does not appoint arbitrators, mediators, or judges.
  • Accordhub does not manage, administer, or monitor case proceedings.
  • Accordhub does not offer legal advice, case‑related opinions, or procedural guidance.
  • Accordhub does not collect, analyze, or interpret any case material.
  • Accordhub’s staff are strictly prohibited from engaging in any discussion related to the merits, strategies, or substance of a dispute.

Non‑Interference Commitment

Accordhub ensures that:

  • All parties are treated equally and without preference.
  • No staff member may intervene in or observe proceedings unless requested for technical support.
  • No information received during add‑ons or case‑tracking support is reused for any other purpose.
  • Scheduling and support services are handled without bias.

User Responsibilities

Users shall:

  • Not seek legal or procedural advice from Accordhub staff.
  • Not request Accordhub to influence or communicate with an arbitrator, mediator, judge, or party.
  • Ensure that case information shared for case-tracking does not require Accordhub to interpret the dispute.
  • Maintain professional conduct and avoid involving staff in proceedings.

Use of Add‑On Services

  • Add‑ons (printing, transcription, or recording) are provided only as logistical support.
  • Staff do not review or interpret content.
  • Materials submitted are deleted immediately after service completion unless part of case tracking.

Case Tracking System Neutrality

For users choosing the optional case‑tracking system:

  • Accordhub only inputs or displays information voluntarily provided by users.
  • No verification or interpretation of case details is performed.
  • Case summaries shown are strictly user‑generated.
  • Users may request deletion of case‑tracking data at any time.

Prohibited Actions

Users shall not:

  • Request recommendations or influence in the selection of arbitrators or legal counsel.
  • Ask staff to comment on, certify, or witness legal documents.
  • Involve Accordhub in dispute-related communication.
  • Submit materials requiring Accordhub to form legal judgments.

Breach of Neutrality

Any attempt to involve Accordhub in dispute-related roles may result in:

  • Immediate refusal of the request;
  • Removal from the premises in severe cases;
  • Suspension of future bookings;
  • Reporting to authorities if legally required.
